Who’s eligible for this service?
Anyone is eligible but we only offer this service upon corporate contract, where your company will be the contractor.
How much do your services cost?
It depends what support you would like to receive, and also depends on the contract terms and conditions. Please contact us to get an estimate.
Is this lifetime support?
It can be if you keep extending the contract. But this is essentially short-term support aimed to help you get used to life in Tokyo.
Can I get a phone plan in Japan?
Of course, you can. There are even ones that don’t require you to have a Japanese credit card nor a Japanese bank account.
